Welcome to the official site of Crazy Horse Memorial and the Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Sculptor Korczak Ziolkowski and the Lakota Chief Henry Standing Bear started the Memorial in 1948 to honor the culture, tradition and living heritage of North American Indians.
